Dunlin

This time when we visited the Mandvi for breeding plumage of wader, We visualized this kind of images. Sometime you have to think little different than normal for some beautiful frame. That was said by many photographer but we are concern more with birds so we focus only on birds, but this time we try little different and we are happy with the result. Tall Greater Flamingo in background look great and result was amazing .
So next time when you are in filed try to do little different.

We saw them in good number in year of 2013-14 along with group of Openbill and Painted stork. But in year of   2014-15   we did not get chance to see them. We heard that White Strok is regular winter visitor at Pariyej Wetland. Before our visit my few college friends also visited Pariyej Wetland and they successfully locate White Strok. Long-billed Thrush

We are searching for a Eurasian Woodcock but we didn't succeed at a place where we are searching. So we drop the search of Eurasian Woodcock and started our journey towards Mandal. In our journey suddenly one of my friend has shouted stop stop stop he had seen something beside road. That bird foraging typical like Eurasian Woodcock. For a moment we feel like it was a Eurasian Woodcock. When we reached at please we find out that it large gray-brown thrush with an exceptionally long bill.
